How do I Recall My Dreams
Understanding the Language of Dreams
Even before there was a spoken language, there were pictures. This is the oldest language known to man. It left a history and a means of communication for ancient peoples. For example if you only know English and someone says arbol to you. You would not have a clue what to picture in your mind; however, if this same person showed you a picture of a tree, you would both know you were talking about a tree.
Pictures are a powerful way to communicate and this is how our subconscious communicates with us. Dream Symbology is a language anyone can learn. This language is called Universal Language of Mind: a symbolic language of dreams. This was first termed by the School of Metaphysics where I did my studies. Dr. Daniel Condron states "The language of the conscious mind is the language of form and structure. The language of the subconscious mind is the language of function." A good example of a symbol would be food. Food nourishes our body in our conscious life. If this is so then we think "what nourishes the soul and the mind? Knowledge!" This is how we begin, by interpreting symbols.
If you are somewhere where no one speaks your language you would be lost and confused. This is the same way most people feel about dreams. If you wanted to communicate you would have to learn the language and would start with pictures and images. I have a common sense approach to dream interpretation. A dream interpretation coach will help you understand the Language of Mind or the Language of Dreams and eventually be able to interpret your dreams. I will help you relate them to your own life. You will no longer say "that was just a dream."
How do I Interpret My Dreams
From the beginning of time humans have been intrigued with dreams. People such as shamans, priest, medicine men and women , healers, witch doctors etc. were the ones intrusted with interpreting dreams. However, we can interpret our own dreams with a little guidance. Dreams come from the subconscious, the soul, the part of us that will never lie to us. To understand our dreams is to understand our true selves. Interpreting your dreams brings a harmony within yourself. You can begin to know your inner self. Your real desires and fears can be understood. Fear is that which is not known or understood. By interpreting your dreams, you will become more enlightened and this will bring about the harmony you seek. The following is a very simple outline of how to interpret your dreams. I have a common sense approach to dream interpretation.

-
Write your dream immediately. (Keep a dream journal.)
-
Make a list of the symbols in your dream.
-
Write down their meanings. (Using the Universal Language of Mind)
-
Determine the theme of your dream.
-
Determine the overall feel of your dream.
-
Interpret the dream to discover the message from your soul.
-
Relate it to the previous days before your dream.
Your attitude, thoughts, and actions - good or bad - directly affect your dreams
.
Apply Those Dreams to Your Waking Life
The most difficult, yet most important part of dream interpretation is applying the dream message to our waking life. Our subconscious will never lie to us. It can't. It holds all the understandings we and our human ancestors have assimilated over time. It is why we have a "gut feeling" or intuition. We might say it is the wise old man/woman that will always be honest with us.
Therefore, if the dreamer dreams of a car crash, one message of the dream is to take better care of their body, This message should be applied to the dreamers waking life. If there are windows in a dream, the dream message may be about awareness. The dreamer has the opportunity to apply this message to his/her waking life. The dreamer might start to use a meditation practice in his/her life.
These are very simplistic interpretations just to show that without applying the dream message to the waking life, the dreamer is doomed to repeat old habits, thoughts, and attitudes that are unproductive to the dreamer's soul progression. This is why people have reoccurring dreams and nightmares. They have not listened and heeded the message of the soul. There are no bad dreams. Dreams are about self awareness, they are all valuable.
With the in-depth interpretation I will guide you on how to apply your dreams to your waking life. This is the ultimate goal of mine: to teach the dreamer how to interpret and apply his/her dream for his/her soul progression.
