If you want to remember your dreams try concentration exercises. I want you to say to yourself: "I am HERE now! I am going to give all my attention to what I am doing." Practice this when you are cleaning house, exercising, working, talking, listening etc. Your mind will try to wonder but just bring it back to the task at hand. No multitasking.
